A Norway based prominent lighting company announced its shift from utilizing first-hand aluminum to recycled aluminum in the production of its LED lights. This change has already taken effect for one of the company’s most popular luminaires and plans to extend it to other product families are in progress. By adopting recycled aluminum, the company plans to further reduce its carbon footprint, along with its customers’ who select energy-efficient LED luminaires for use in commercial buildings.
